The company was founded by Conrad and Theandi Esterhuizen, whose combined expertise laid the groundwork for a thoughtful and service-driven approach. Conrad, with a BCom in Economics and Risk Management, brings a strong strategic and financial foundation, while Theandi, with a BSc in Consumer Studies, offers a deep understanding of client needs, experience-led service and a creative side to interior design.
As the business grew, Karla van der Linde joined the company, bringing a BA in Communication along with over 8 years of experience in the property industry, spanning property sales, long-term rentals, and short-term letting. Together, the three of them expanded the company’s vision, transforming Beyond from a holiday home care service into a boutique, full-service property management company defined by quality, detail, and elevated service.
Today, Beyond offers a refined, end-to-end approach from bespoke property preparation and meticulous upkeep to strategic rental management and seamless guest experiences. Every property is managed with intention, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
